SUMMARY
Liana up to 30m long. Tendrils present.
Compound, trifoliolate leaves with pinnate venation; stipulate. Glands present on the petiole.
Axial inflorescences; cymose, 2-100 flowers, sepals and petals 5, bracts tiny. Saucer shaped floral cup, corona a single series of filaments which fuse at the base to form a ring like membrane.
