Branches largely tomentose
Leaf undersides pubescent; elliptical to obovate, rounded at base, apex founded and shortly acuminate. Usually 8cm long (up to 20cm) and 4-7cm wide. Toothed and glandular.
Ovary villose, persistent calyx as long as and sometimes longer than the fruit.
